Shipping & Returns

Our sugar gliders can only be shipped through the airlines. Please do not ask us to send them any other way because we won’t do it! We ship through United Airlines (PetSafe) or Delta Airlines for the cost of $250. The gliders are shipped in IATA approved crates and will arrive the same day that they are shipped.

If you purchase one or more gliders, the shipping charge will remain at $250.00 per order.

You will receive a bag of our baby or adult glider food and our vitamins along with your shipment.

We ship to legal states within the continental U.S. and to some parts of Canada. We are also licensed exporters and can ship to most countries in the world. Please ask us for more information about exporting our sugar gliders.

We ship mainly every Thursday but will sometimes ship Friday and Saturday, we will contact you to make arrangements for the flight information and the arrival time.

You must pick the gliders up at the airport.

We guarantee that our sugar gliders will arrive safe and healthy.

There is a $75.00 Fee for the cancelation of any mammal order.

* If you do not want your gliders shipped, you can avoid the shipping charge and pick the gliders up at our store. For store pick-up, please check the STORE PICKUP box when ordering.
