Paul and Shauna’s new standard gray boy!

I purchased 2 gliders from this breeder and received my gliders on 3/1/18. They were flown to me a few days after I purchased them. I also purchased a bunch of products from this breeder before I purchased my gliders, such as food, vitamins, a wheel, pouches, blankies, even diapers. At first when I received my joeys, the first night was overwhelming. I kept puting the blame in the wrong direction wishing they were "better handled" but forgot to remember that regardless the gliders would have to get used to this new giant in their life. The male I purchased was bonded to me in about 2 months. My female still wants nothing to do with me, but I know this is a process and she will come along on her own time. I love these babies and it has been so fun living and learning with them. I am satisfied with my gliders, but I do wish there were more communication from the breeder. I had questions about them & was not asked if I had any questions or anything. The only other thing I switched after purchasing was that I did not end up using the wheel because of the bar in the middle. I also did not end up sticking with the glider pets diet and switched to TPG for better nutrition. I will say I did research before getting them, I work at a veterinary clinic, but you never stop learning when it comes to animals and health/care, but I think my only suggestion would be more education to customers. Education goes a long way.
